Learner Success driving school only provides Cash Back Offers on these terms and conditions. You (the Client) will only accept the Cash Back awards on these terms and conditions. Ensure you read all of these terms and conditions as they are important.

1. By giving payment for driving tuition to Learner Success for any number of lessons, the client automatically agrees to these terms and conditions regarding any Special Offer that has been, or is currently being advertised.
2. All Special Offers are for a limited time only and Learner Success reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer at any time without giving prior notice to the Client.
3. Special Offers shown on this website cannot be redeemed at, or by, any other driving school.
4. All Special Offers advertised on this website are exclusive to Clients who pay for a minimum of 8 hours of driving tuition during the 6 week period leading up to the Client’s practical test, including a 1 hour lesson on the day of the test.
5. To qualify for any Special Offer
   1) the client must pay for 8 or more hours of driving tuition during the 6 week period immediately prior to the client’s practical test, including a 1 hour lesson on the day of the test.
   2) the Client must pay in advance the full cost of the current DSA practical test fee, directly or by re-imbursement to Learner Success for any fees which may have been paid for by Learner Success driving school on behalf of the Client.
   3) the Client must take the practical test in the driving school vehicle.
   4) the Client must pay in advance the full fee currently charged by Learner Success for any lesson prior to the test, and for use of the driving school vehicle for purposes of taking the practical test.
